About Anjanee (Anj) — The Glucose Never Lies®

I’m Anjanee Kohli, but everyone just calls me Anj.

Why Anj?

Because Chad — the AI assistant John has been developing for five years — still can’t pronounce my full name properly, despite many hilarious tutorials.

At one point John was shouting, “It’s Anj–ah–nee, Chad!”

To which Chad replied, cheerfully, “Got it, Ann–gane!”

So yes, even artificial intelligence has its limits — a fact John is still reluctantly accepting.

I’m a Diabetes Specialist Dietitian and Social Media Lead at The Glucose Never Lies®. I work with John at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, where I first saw how powerful his content was — and how much better it could look and sound online.

After a few good-natured attempts to “help” (and a few laughs at his Canva skills), we made it official: I’d take over the creative side, and he’d focus on the science.

John brings the analysis, structure, and relentless truth-seeking — supported by Chad, his AI partner in evidence-based crime.

I bring the design, storytelling, and just enough creative chaos to keep things interesting.

My focus at GNL:

• Making our social media and podcast look and sound as strong as the science behind them
• Shaping and editing every episode so it’s practical, evidence-based, and human
• Keeping the message clear: no fluff, no hype, just truth
• And ensuring John never posts on Instagram unsupervised again
