Over the past few months, I have been teaching about CGM and exercise at ISPAD, BSPED, and the DTN.
It dawned on me that I have not updated the people to who it matters most, people with and carers of people with type 1 diabetes.
Therefore I have shot this 25-minute video to summarise the teaching.
