Tandem Source & Mobile App Now Available

The Tandem Source platform is now live — bringing you simple, secure, and seamless data sharing direct from your t:slim X2 AID system. Alongside this, the Tandem t:slim mobile app now allows you to bolus directly from your smartphone, giving greater flexibility and convenience day to day.

The downloadable setup guide walks you through setup step-by-step and shows you how to get the most from Tandem Source and the mobile app.

Getting started

Update your pump to software v7.7 or higher (you’ll need an update code from your diabetes team).
Download the Tandem t:slim mobile app (App Store or Google Play).
Pair your pump with the app using the on-screen code.
Log in with your Tandem Source account — and you’re ready to go.
